1. Returns & Refunds
QUELDEN SUPPLY LLC is committed to providing high-quality supplies and equipment. We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain classes of products are non-returnable. These include custom-fabricated materials, specialized orders, and items that have been used or altered after delivery. All clearance items and bulk lots are sold "as-is" and are final sale.
3. Restocking Fees
Returns for reasons other than defect or fulfillment error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
